Dandenong Plaza is recognized as a major-regional activity centre in the heart of Dandenong, consisting six anchor tenants (Kmart, Target, Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and Reading Cinema) and a total of 189 retail stores. The development is a multi-level, large and busy retail complex with a mix of mainstream and ethnic tenancies.

BMDA Development Advisory is working closely with Moelis Australia in its plans to rejuvenate, refurbish and re-mix Armada Dandenong Plaza through the process of master planning, reworking of tenanted sections of this retail centre that will shift the land use mix away from a singular reliance on retail use to a mixed-use future.

Given the CBD context, the project focuses on external connections and street frontage activation requiring collaborative workshops with relevant stakeholders and authorities.
