Working with a developer in partnership with a major tertiary educator to redevelop a large central Box Hill site for a new education centre (podium) and residential (tower). BMDA worked closely with Council to deliver a planning scheme amendment, new development plan and development approvals.

Northcote apartments and mixed use

Working with the existing child care operators to realise their vision of a mixed use building on a complex edge of centre site with rail and major road constraints. BMDA achieved development approval without the need for strategic changes.

Working within an existing major shopping centre context BMDA achieved development approval for a 96 room serviced apartment complex with restaurant and office tenancies at ground and first floor. The project continues the centre’s transformation to a metroplitan-scale, mixed-use activity node.
