BMDA was engaged by Bevendale Pty Ltd to achieve a planning permit for the development of a seven-storey Quest Hotel adjoining the Pacific Epping ‘Urban Diner’ entertainment precinct. The building provides 96 hotel rooms/serviced apartments, restaurant tenancies with outdoor dining at ground level and an office space on the first floor.

BMDA worked with a team of consultants to develop a concept which ensured the successful approval of the Quest Hotel ensuring that the building integrates with the existing Pacific Epping Urban Diner.

The project delivers a new use within the Pacific Epping Shopping centre site, furthering the ongoing evolution of the centre as it transforms from a shopping centre to a larger mixed-use, activity node.

The project opened in March 2018.
